60-Day Review

OV's Path Forward will serve as the Town’s general plan, providing the framework guiding decisions for the next 10 years.  The plan is scheduled to be presented to the Town’s Planning and Zoning Commission in April, followed by a presentation to the Town Council in May of this year. A public vote on the plan is anticipated during the general election in November.

In compliance with Arizona state law, the Plan must be made available for review and comment at least 60 days prior to issuing notices for the public hearings.
