Policy U.1. Continue to review and update fees associated with development to ensure the cost of services and infrastructure is recovered.

Continue to update impact fees as required by state law to ensure developers pay the appropriate costs associated with expanding infrastructure and public services, such as transportation, water, and emergency services.

Negotiate development agreements and explore other cost-sharing mechanisms to fund major infrastructure and public facility improvements that provide necessary community benefits.
