Each action includes a timeframe for completion and assigns a responsible department within the Town of Oro Valley to lead its implementation. This information is meant to be somewhat flexible, as priorities for each action may shift based on new guidance and resources. Policy T.1. Continue to review and update fees associated with development to ensure the cost of services and infrastructure is recovered.

Continue to update impact fees as required by state law to ensure developers pay the appropriate costs associated with expanding infrastructure and public services, such as transportation, water, and emergency services.
