What is needed from you? Residents in working groups must live in Oro Valley, full or part-time. They must be able to commit 4-6 hoursa month to prepare and attend meetings.
An online kick-off event was held on January 28, 2025. Resources from that meeting are provided below:
Four Resident Working Groups will meet at least twice a month between February and May. Each month, groups will focus on a specific topic. For example, transportation, town finances and public safety will be discussed in February.
The majority of the meetings will be hearing from residents. Very little time will be used to review the existing conditions and resident guidance linked below. Participants are expected to review this information and answer discussion questions before each meeting.
The tentative schedule for all 4 resident working groups is provided below.

Your help is needed to make sure the plan represents residents. The next 10-year action plan will only be successful if it reflects what most residents said through surveys, online discussions, and at events. Resident working group members have a unique opportunity to help forge goals, policies, and actions that will turn the community's vision into a reality.
