The 30% Draft Plan reflects the cumulative draft goals, policies and actions developed by Resident Working Groups. Its purpose is to facilitate further review, refinement and wordsmithing before creating a comprehensive and polished version of the 10-year community action plan.
The polished version of the 10-year plan will include additional sections, such as an introduction, glossary, maps, photos, graphics and more. It is scheduled to be shared with the broader community in Fall 2025.
The 30% Draft Plan combines the interrelated work of four Resident Working Groups—guided by resident voices heard in Phase 1 and legal requirements—into a cohesive and comprehensive set of guiding principles, goals, policies, and actions to shape Oro Valley’s future.
Review and comment on the 30% draft plan by Friday, June 20, 2025
All residents, stakeholders, boards, commissions, the Youth Advisory Council, and Town Council are invited to review the draft plan to ensure it reflects the substantial direction residents provided in Phase 1. Please complete the survey at the bottom of this page to submit your comments on the 30% draft plan.
